Please keep in mind all retouching take 14 business from the day you send your selected photos.
Full Balance must be paid 12hr prior or day of to the shoot, Note files will not be sent tell balance is payed off.

You must inform the photographer of your need to reschedule 24 hours prior to the session or there will be a rescheduling/studio time fee assessed when rebooking is done the same day you are scheduled.
In addition to that, you may be required to pay additional fees (please see reschedule 2 and 3 for details).
All rebooking MUST be completed within 30 days of the original session or at the discretion of the photographer. New date must be given at the time of cancellation.
1st Reschedule- rebooking is permitted without additional fees, as long as you cancel prior to/within 24 hour cancellation timeframe.
2nd Reschedule- You will be required the full payment to lock in the next available date without losing your deposit (due at time of cancelation/rebooking).
3rd (or more) Reschedule- in addition to the rules for reschedule 2, you will be required to pay an additional $150 fee per cancellation to reschedule. This fee will be due at the time of rescheduling.
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Zavier De’Angelo from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled or client will be refund of their deposit, if applicable.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Zavier De’Angelo has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Zavier De’Angelo sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Zavier De’Angelo, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph.
Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Zavier De’Angelo will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
